What Unit Ticket is

What happens next matters.

A ticket is minted to the buyer's own wallet. Their payment stays protected until the event runs. Then the organiser closes the event and gets paid.

  • Money waits.

Ticket revenue is held from the moment someone buys until the event has actually run. Nothing reaches the organiser before then.

  • The ticket is yours.

Each ticket is minted to the buyer's own wallet as an NFT, and stays locked to them while the event is live — nobody can buy it off them and sell it on.

  • Refund yourself.

Before the event, a buyer can refund their own ticket directly. Fee-free, and without waiting for the organiser to approve it.

Protection you can see

Your money knows where to go.

If the event runs, the organiser gets paid. If plans change, the money goes back. Both paths are set out before anyone commits.

Held safely from the first sale until the event has run

If the event runs

The organiser gets paid.

Once the event has happened, the organiser closes it and the balance is released — less the 5% platform fee, and only on tickets that actually sold.

Buyer pays → money protected → event runs → organiser closes → organiser paid

If plans change

The money goes back.

A buyer can refund themselves any time before the event. If the organiser calls the event off, every ticket is returned — and no fee is taken on either path.

Buyer pays → money protected → refund or cancellation → money returned

The Product Guide covers the full workflow, step by step.

Product Guide

After the event has run and the organiser closes it. The 5% platform fee is then taken from the tickets that sold, and the balance is released.

Yes. Before the event, a buyer can refund their own ticket directly — fee-free, and without the organiser having to approve it.

No. A ticket stays locked to the person who bought it while the event is live, so there is no secondary market. After the event has run, the ticket remains theirs to keep.

Up to 16, each with its own name, price and quantity. Prices and quantities lock as soon as the first ticket sells, and an event can carry up to 10,000 tickets.
